Debbie King (that's me) and AJ King are licensed REALTORs® in Arizona. We continuously work to improve our real estate skills and knowlege to keep up with the latest developments and practices.  I completed my ePRO certification in 2007. I also obtained The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. We are full time in this business.

I'm a former engineer with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Concentration. I worked in high technology for 27 years before moving to real estate full time. AJ also had a prior career in high technology and brings his experience gained from completing huge projects like building & testing satellites and managing semi-conductor test facilities. We enjoy running, swimming and biking for fun, challenge and fitness. We've completed lots of triathlons, 4 marathons, and many half marathons. I've lived in Arizona since I was four and AJ has lived here since graduating high school. Currently we live in northwest Chandler, Arizona "The East Valley." We have worked all over the greater Phoenix area - Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Goodyear, Queen Creek, Gilbert & Sun City. We drive a Prius to keep our travels more economical and environmentally friendly (45 miles plus to the gallon).

AJ and I have been real estate investors in Arizona since the 1970s.  AJ is a licensed commercial and residential contractor. He grew up building houses with his father in New York and later in Arizona. We both have an avid interest in photography and invest in high end camera equipment, so you know if you are listing a home with us, you will have top quality photos to show it off to it's best advantage.

AJ's past experience & mine demanded meticulous attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, top analysis and organization skills. From our prior professional careers and our training to complete events like marathons & triathlons, we bring the experience to establish goals and the endurance and focus to accomplish them.
